Rezone 1306 West Tamar Highway & Lot 2 Ridge Road, Legana to General Residential and Particular Purpose.  Insert new clause 34 Particular Purpose - Northface Strategic Land Reserve to allow for a neighbourhood centre, village living precinct and open space identified in the Muddy Creek Hill Precinct of the Legana Structure Plan 2014.
