Detailed description
The draft amendment proposes to rezone 361, 363, 367, 369, 375, 377 and 379-381 Westbury Road, Prospect Vale from Light Industrial to General Business.

The draft amendment also proposes to insert the Westbury Road Activity Centre - Stage 1 Specific Area Plan to guide the arrangement of a future, mixed-use development on land at 361, 369, 375 and 377 Westbury Road.
