Detailed description
The draft amendment proposes to rezone part of land at 105 Ferry Road, Kettering from Environmental Living to Low Density Residential (Area A).

It also proposes to insert a site specific qualification in clause 14.5.1 (P1) of the Environmental Living zone. The qualification allows the remainder of the site that is zoned Environmental Living to be subdivided into a balance lot, where the minimum lot size is determined as the entire portion of the land in the zone.

The permit provides for a 2 lot subdivision.
