Detailed description
The amendment proposes to amend the Local Heritage Places, Bushfire-Prone Areas and Local Historic Heritage Code and various corrections.

Current status
The Commission has completed its consideration of draft amendment 01-2017 of the State Planning Provisions (SPPs) and provided its report to the Minister, as required under section 30J of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 (the Act). To view the report, select the Decisions tab above.

Information
The Minister for Planning and Local Government prepared and gave notice of terms of reference for the preparation of draft amendment 01-2017 of the SPPs on 16 September 2017.

The Minister, after receiving advice from the Commission, declared under section 30H(2) of the Act that public exhibition was not required.

The Commission has considered the draft amendment against the SPP criteria and reported to the Minister on 26 February 2018.
